Sharon Thiergartner

LMT, CYT

Sharon Thiergartner, LMT, CYT has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2011, specializing in advanced fascia-focused bodywork for clients experiencing chronic pain, structural imbalances, and long-standing tension patterns that have been resistant to other forms of treatment.

Through her signature method, Tissue Alchemy, Sharon incorporates various bodywork techniques and the application of adjunct tools, working layer by layer through adhesions in the fascial system to restore glide between tissues, reorganize compensation patterns, and help the nervous system shift into a parasympathetic state where lasting release can occur.

Common issues clients seek help for include:

• Chronic neck and shoulder tension
• TMJ dysfunction
• Thoracic outlet syndrome
• Migraines and headaches
• Hip and low back pain
• Plantar fasciitis and foot pain
• Carpal tunnel symptoms
• Adhesions from injury or scar tissue
• Long-standing fascial restriction affecting movement or posture

Some of the adjunct tools Sharon utilizes include:

Cold Laser Therapy
Penetrates deeply into fascia and connective tissue without generating heat. Cold laser therapy has been shown to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and stimulate cellular repair.

Vibrational Release Tool
Precision vibration helps “unzip” tough adhesions and restore ease in restricted tissues. The tool creates high-frequency, low-amplitude vibrations that encourage fascial release.

Manual Release Tools
Some restrictions respond best to direct manual work. Sessions may incorporate precision instruments—such as Thai wooden reflexology sticks or custom stainless-steel tools—designed to access hard-to-reach areas and gently unravel tension.

To help clients maintain progress between sessions, Sharon often provides individualized self-care guidance, which may include:

• Customized yin-based postures
• Movement awareness and mobility practices
• Instruction in safe use of personal therapeutic tools

This work may be a good fit if you:

• Have chronic pain that keeps returning despite treatment
• Feel restricted in your movement or posture
• Have scar tissue or old injuries that still affect your body
• Are looking for deeper structural work rather than relaxation massage
